I wouldn't buy rice cooker. Useless if use once a month. Take up space in the small kitchen. Saucepan rice good enough. Beauty of asian food is the wok.

I made rice in a saucepan it's not even hard, sure it's easier in a rice cooker but it's still easy. I should get a rice cooker cos you can make other things in it like bread, cake etc

The way I make egg fried rice is; I order Chinese food, get 2 or 3 items(none of them being fried rice), and they always send a side of white rice whether you ordered it or not. Then a few days later I use that rice to make fried rice 🤣
