I’ve got a good recipe for you guys. Obviously having a wok helps with this recipe. Burn the heat on as high as it can go. Add 1tsp of oil (it really doesn’t matter, but I use canola) Once you see the oil shimmer add 1 cup of cooked Jasmine rice to the wok. Add 1tsp of Golden Mountain sauce and oyster sauce. Break up the rice and mix. Cook until dry. Push the rice off to the side of the pan and add another 1tsp of oil to the wok. Add 1 cracked egg to the wok and stir after about 20 seconds. After about another 15 seconds mix the rice in with the egg. You can of course have the egg done to your liking so this rule is not absolute. You can also do this whole process any number of time to get the amount of rice you want for your meal. The reason why you put so little rice in is because you are able to cook the rice more evenly. Once you pan the rice add some fried garlic and onion flakes to the dish to give it more depth. This is a very simple and tasty dish. Hope you enjoy. * btw you can find all this stuff at your local Asian market. Everything from the sauces to the flakes.

I'm honestly kinda shocked that she doesn't realise that the garlic is brunt to a crisp, and then the uncooked rise. It started bad, and then it just got worse, I'm no chef myself but come on. Most of this is just basics of how to cook. I someone should donate a cooking course to her so that she can can learn some basics and then work on improving her skills from there.
